Detroit area’s finest restaurants including ordering, purchasing, advertising, capital equipment purchases and maintenance, guest service, menu creation and planning, and food preparation. Hired, trained, and supervised 40 employees.
Notable Accomplishments:
- Expanded restaurant to include Italian café, Bacchus Bar, and Italian deli, pizzeria, and catering kitchen, Hutton Street Market, that served thousands of flawless private catered events.
- Opened two new restaurants, La Luna and Villa Maria, by building opening team, staffing restaurant, directing operations, and preparing food.
- Prepared meals for professional athletes and coaches such as Isaiah Thomas, Fred Couples, Bill Lambier, Vinnie Johnson, Joe Dummars, Kenny Loggins, Manny Legace, and Earl Klugh.
- Gained expert beverage, wine, and liquor knowledge through annual trips to
Italy visiting winery and vineyard owners.
