irected and executed all facets of front and back-of-the-house operations for one of Detroit area’s finest restaurants including ordering, purchasing, advertising, capital equipment purchases and maintenance, guest service, menu creation and planning, and food preparation. Hired, trained, and supervised 40 employees.

 

      Notable Accomplishments:

  • Expanded restaurant to include Italian café, Bacchus Bar, and Italian deli, pizzeria, and catering kitchen, Hutton Street Market, that served thousands of flawless private catered events.

  • Opened two new restaurants, La Luna and Villa Maria, by building opening team, staffing restaurant, directing operations, and preparing food.

  • Prepared meals for professional athletes and coaches such as Isaiah Thomas, Fred Couples, Bill Lambier, Vinnie Johnson, Joe Dummars, Kenny Loggins, Manny Legace, and Earl Klugh.

  • Gained expert beverage, wine, and liquor knowledge through annual trips to Italy visiting winery and vineyard owners.
